PRE-Register By Mail

If  you are paying by check, print out and complete the downloadable pre-registration form and send along with a check or money order for $35. for each vehicle to be registered and include:

Name;   mailing address;   email address (confirmation of your registration will be sent to you via email only, once it is received - so please write your information clearly;   vehicle year, make & model;  and sign.
