Frequently Asked Questions
Registration
- Registration is open to any vehicle 1985 or older.
- IF you wish to register a vehicle 1986 or newer, please email us with pictures and a brief description prior to registering. You MUST be approved before hand.
- If pre-registering online, you must pay online to have a valid registration.
- Pre-registration is open until 2 weeks prior to the show for a fee of $35.
- After pre-registration closes, at the gate registration is available for a fee of $40.
- Each show car/truck registration is good for the entire event.
- We do not offer single day registrations.
- Once you arrive, head over to the Red Registration Trailer to pick up your goodie bags.
- Meal tickets for Fridays dinner, Poker cards, and an Agenda are provided with goody bags at registration.
Spectators
- Spectator Entry is Free for the Fall Car Show.
- Parking is available in the surrounds areas and lots.
- If you purchase something large at the show and need to load into a vehicle, please coordinate with the front gate.
Accessibility
- Accessible Parking is adjacent to the show grounds.
- The entire site is handicap accessible.
- We do not offer mobility scooters for rent.
- We do allow mobility devices on the show grounds.
- If you need assistance, we will be glad to help. Please find a club member.
Participants
- No trailer unloading in the show grounds Friday or Saturday. Trailer parking and unloading is adjacent to the show area.
- Car parking area A is asphalt with parking area B on and around the old football field.
- Show will go on, rain or shine.
- All show car parking and vendor spots are outdoors.
- You are allowed to save your spot overnight and during the cruise.
- Show Vehicles can be left overnight, we have security on site Thursday thru Sunday.
Rooms
- Great Smokies Inn is our Host Hotel. Please Call 828-497-2020 for reservations.
- Trivago is a great site/App to checkout the local hotels with reviews and rates in one place.
- Cherokee, NC has many great campgrounds for those interested.
Merchandise
- We do not offer our limited edition merchandise online or for pre-sale.
- All event merchandise sales open on Friday 9 a.m. until sold out (located in white Event Merchandise Trailer beside Registration).
- Raffle tickets for Motor, Tool Box, 50/50, etc. are also available at the Event Merchandise Trailer.
- We accept Credit Cards for all payments except 50/50.
Prizes
- You must be present to win cash prizes.
- Motor, Tool Box, Scooter, or any such raffle prize winner does not have to be present to win, but ticket must have contact information. Also, prize must be picked up within 1 week of the end of the show.
