As the Cherokee Rodders, we strive to keep all our events family friendly, provide a place to show off ones dedication to car culture and above all have fun. There a few policies we ask all car owners (participants) and patrons (spectators/vendors) of the events to follow.
The Cherokee Rodders reserve the right, at their discretion, to evict any participant including their vehicle from the show grounds or deny re-entry to the event if any of the before mentioned rules/regulations are not followed. Cherokee Rodders reserve the right to evict or restrict entrance due to unacceptable behavior during any and all activities promoted and/or allowed by Cherokee Rodders annual events. Any poor behavior on or off the event location upon which the event is being held and sponsored shall be considered reason for denying admittance of any vehicle and/or entrant to the Cruise the Smokies Show. The interpretation of what may or may not constitute “poor behavior” and “unacceptable” shall be at the sole and exclusive discretion of the Cherokee Rodders. This reservation of rights includes persons, things, conduct, printed matter, or any act or item of poor character which may be deemed or considered to be objectionable to the well being of said associated events. Should the Cherokee Rodders, or any authorized representative thereof, deem it necessary to evict or restrict any action and/or entrance on the part of any entrant, participant, spectator and/or his or her spouse, Cherokee Rodders shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for refunding any entry fees, except at its own discretion. If a person has been found in violation of any the above rules/regulations in multiple instances, the Cherokee Rodders reserve the right to deny future entry to any event or activity held by the Cherokee Rodders. In the event of a dispute of any rule/regulation disciplinary action above, the participant may seek council with the President and/or the Vice President of the Cherokee Rodders. The ruling of these officials will be final without question.
Participants/Entrants by filling out a registration form do release and discharge the EBCI, The Cherokee Rodders, Their Officers, Employees, Agents, Volunteers and anyone else connected with the presentation of the Cherokee Rod Run (Cruise the Smokies) from any known or unknown damages, liabilities, injuries, losses, judgements, and/or claims from any causes whatsoever that may be suffered by Participants or Entrants to person or property.
