THURSDAY,  APRIL 24, 2025

Noon – 5 Pm   Registration open and packet pickup available.

6 PM – ?   Early Bird Cruise-IN. Location of the Cruise-In will be at 498 Tsali Blvd. (the welcome center across from old fair grounds). There will be Food, Drinks, and Live music!

9 PM -  Gates will be closed at the show, no entering or exiting at this time.

FRIDAY, APRIL 25, 2025

8:30 AM   Gates Open ENJOY THE SHOW!!! Car Entry will be at Gate 1. Buy 50/50 tickets, Tool Box tickets, Crate Motor tickets, Event Gear and shop our Vendors! Tickets and Event Merchandise are available at the White trailer next to the Red Registration Trailer. 

11 AM   Registration for Model Car Contest opens. Please bring your model to the Contest tent located near the Large White Tent behind Registration.

1 PM – 3 PM   Poker Cruise. Route will be along Blue Ridge Parkway. Lineup to start at the car exit near Gate 1. Card sheets will be handed out once in line. Cruise will take 2 hrs approximately.

1 PM – 3 PM   Valve cover tech inspections. Track open for testing.

4 PMish   Drawings for Cash, 50/50, and winners of the Poker Cruise!

5 PM   CHOW DOWN!!!!   Club Sponsored Participant Meal at the Food Tent!   Make sure you have your MEAL TICKET!!!

9 PM   Gates will be closed at the show, no entering or exiting at this time.

SATURDAY,  APRIL 26, 2025

8:30 AM   Gates Open ENJOY THE SHOW!!!   Car entry will be at Gate 1.  Buy 50/50 tickets, Tool Box tickets, Crate Motor tickets, Event Gear and shop our Vendors!  Tickets and Event Merchandise are available at the White trailer next to the Red Registration Trailer.

9 AM – 11 AM   Valve cover tech inspections.  Track open for testing.

11 AM   ALL valve cover racers report to tent for lineup and racing begins!!!

12 PM   Model Car Registration ends.  Judging will begin and winners announced at end of the day.

1 PM – 2 PM   Poker Walk.  Will begin and End at the food tent.  Cards will be handed out at the food tent.  Attendants can assist with next poker station location. 

3 PM   2025 pre-registration will open at the Cherokee Rodders Trailer (Red Registration Trailer).

4 PMish   Drawings for Cash, 50/50, Poker Walk Winners, Pre-Register Giveaway, Toolbox, Motor Drawings, and Awards!!!
